b16 valve spring question..

im building my lsv to atleast 200whp and well im not sure what valve springs i wanna go with, either omni dual valve springs or skunk2 valve springs

stock springs are fine for 200hp

200hp from a B16 is not going to happen with stock springs...since you wont make that with stock cams...
Supertech are the spring of choice.

Buy springs from the same manufacturer of the cams you're using.
