not to thread jack this but if i let me car idle without the fan on then it over heats, soon as i turn the fan on the temp goes to normal, when im driving with the fan on at a constant high speed like 70-80mph then my temp goes up, i have to let of the gas a little to drive at 65mph then it will be ok. Im thinking of either getting a new fan or new radiator but cant make up my mind which one to get first.

to the op, maybe try a slim fan that flows more cfm than the stock fan, see if that will help. and make sure to get a shroud for the fan too!
Maybe you should get both. I have read numerous times on here that the those Ebay dual core aluminum radiators and the slim fans work very well in boosted setups. Just and idea if you are tryin to save some money and not lose performance Hell I'm still using a del sol dual core radiator but with a nice high flow slim fan ZERO overheat no matter how I drive or what the temp is outside Goodluck man I hope u solve ur problem

Its not made by Ebay lol and if you search on here you will see there are many high hp setups using the "ebay" intercooler or "ebay" cooling fan or "ebay" radiator with great success

Well it ended up being a head gasket it was not even for a b16a2 and it was cracked, but on the plus side i did just find out this block is sleeved and confirmed it has internals so i cant complain
