1992 Civic VX, B16A swap. Engine will not fire, ran the codes got code 15 figured the igniter burned out , got a brand new distributor still not firing, getting the same code 15. I am getting power at the distributor , fuel pump is pumping, all fuses are good. I am lost now , searched and cant find anything related that helps. Has anyone had this issue? If so how did you fix it. Need to store car soon, due to deployment and want to have it fixed before I do.
