Default B16 Head Repair

So a few weeks ago I had the rod cap fall apart in cylander 4. Pulled the head off a couple days ago and everything looked good at first.

On one side of the chamber I have a small chip about the thickness of my finger nail gone and the other side just feels a bit roughed up. One of the exhuast valves looks bent and does not seal, and the other exhaust valve seals but looks like a piston ran into it.

I belive the piston came up and twisted into the valves and the sides of the combustion chamber.

Anyone think I can get the head repaired or is it a gonner?

I talked to a guy in my workcenter who is a car guru. Said if I took my time I could take my dremel with a high grain sanding atchment and smooth it out.
