Default B16 head or p72?

My friend wants to trade me heads hes got a 00' pr3 head and wants to trade for my 00 p72 head on my 2000 GSR. I like the idea of doing a poormans itr but i dont like the idea of losing a little compression. The pr3 head has gsr cams in it too so thos will have to do untill i can get some skunks. I just want to know everyones opinion on this. Which set-up do you think would make more power poormans itr or just leave it as it is?

Thanks
Chase

I really don't think you'd be getting the better end of that bargain. Average market value alone usually has the P72 heads for a couple hundred more than the PR3 heads. Flow really isn't very different. At this point it would just be a hassle. I wouldn't do it.
