Default B16 Compression test results

Ok so, I thought I had a bent valve so I decided to do a compression test instead of ripping the head off to find out. I got 1= 221 2=220 3=220 4=220 so I am assuming that those numbers are good. (I'm not sure what I should have got.) So I was thinking it is my LMA making the noise but I also heard that they are about bomb proof. Any other ideas what could be causing alot of noise from the valve train? I think I am going to adjust my valves soon just to see if that's the problem

Good numbers. Sounds like your lma's are going, does it go away in high rpm's ?
