Will a B16 clutch fit on a B18???

Yes, provided they are either both cable or both hydro.

You cannot cross thought. Cable doesn't work on Hydro and vise-versa

B16 stock clutches suck. I don't think it will hold the torque of a B18 for long.

get yourself a ITR clutch it cost less the a B18 or B16 clutch and if it good enought for 200HP ITR then you should have no problems
