B series transmission question

B series transmission question
I now have a b18 transmission for my b16 motor i was wondering if i decided to get a b16 transmission could i use clutch flywheel from the b18 transsmission on it......I mean are interchangable with each other....One more question which one is better for daily driver with a little highway driving..........thanks
