Default B-Series tranny problem

I was driving my car a couple weeks ago when the clutch started slipping(not even 20k on it). So I pull the trans (B-Series Cable) to find out that the cable arm shaft(connects to the throwout bearing fork) is siezed up. I can't even move the cable arm by hand. Took out the bolt but had no luck so far
Someone mentioned something about a shaft pin you need to remove first but I don't see no pin. Do you guys know if there is a pin or how to pull that out?
