Default ???? B series MIDSHAFT

Hey can a 90-93 midshaft fit a 94 and up hydro transmission. I have been told it can just use the different b series axle on drivers side. Because I have 1 but it will not go into the 96 gsr tranny I have. I don't want to force it by no means because it has a Quaffe LSD. let me know or I will get the right 94+ midshaft. thanks

B series axles are interchangable but NOT the midshaft. Youre going to have to get the midshaft corresponding to your car.

it depends on what axels you want to get, if u get the DA, midshaft, u need the DA axels, if you get the Hydro - 94gsr + u will need those axles, its just the driver side axle, because one midshaft is a female, and the other is a male

DA intermediate shaft = male on both ends
DC intermediate shaft = male on tranny side, female on axle side.

axles have to match the intermediate shaft... that's all

civicstar has the right idea

btw. passenger side axle is the same for both intermediate shafts
