Default B-Series Header Questions...

I have a jdm gsr (b18c) with the stock header in my ek hatch without a cat converter. I know that the gsr header has a 2.25 collector. I just bought a Buddy Club Spec III exhaust which is made for a ctr with a 2.5 collector and a cat converter. My question is:

Will the bottom peice of a b16b header match up to the top peice of a gsr header?

Questions, comments or concerns? Post 'em here! Thanks!

if you have both just try it, or better yet get a good header with a 2.5" outlet, does the exhuast really go strait to the header? ctr's have a cat, so i would think if the exhaust is designed for a ctr you will have a gap between the header and teh exhuast unless you have a cat or a test pipe, then again perhaps buddclub made this to bypass the cat, i dunno. just saying.

my old exhaust bolted straight to the header, but the buddy club is a cat back. but never the less, problem solved. Thanks.
