are B series and H series torque specs same or different?

are B series and H series torque specs same or different?
i dont have helms manual for the h22a, but i got it for my EG. im about to install some tranny stuff(clutch, flywheel). just wondering if the torque specs are the same, so i can get by without the h22a helms.
