Reason I'm asking is, I have a b16a2 from a '00 SI (OBD II)in my '95 Dx (OBD I), and I'm not sure which distributor I have. Any way I can tell which one I have?

It's still OBD I, chipped p28 ecu. By that question it makes me think I need an OBD I cap, am I right?

I dont think the cap matters on that situation.
the 99civic si should come with the TD63U or TD73U

for example the 96-up gsr/type r comes with a slightly bigger casing and uses a different cap (TD81U, TD84U)
