Default B series crank bolt?

Ok i am finishing up my swap and was looking on Alldata at work and saw that they gave 2 diff tq values for the crank bolt. One for new bolt and one for what i assume is a reuse crank bolt. My crank bolt is from a virgin motor, and fig i would use the 130ft lb tq value. That being said i remeber yrs ago when i built a sohc from ground up with all NEW hardware from honda they had a tq to yield value for crank bolt. Is this not the case with b series?

I do have a tq/angle meter so tq/angle is not a problem just want to verify and do correctly
