I do believe it will. Possibly may not bolt up to your exhaust pipe underneath right though. I'm not sure on it.

It will fit on the cylinder heads exhaust side bolt pattern and it will clear the oil pan if thats what you mean. It will not bolt up to your CAT, or lack of one.
