autometer oil pressure gauge????

Default autometer oil pressure gauge????

the sending unit that comes with the oil pres. guage , someone said i can't put it on the back of my block because i have an oil feed line for my turbo on there and they said if i put it on the T with the line it will break. i was told to mount the sending unit somewhere and run a steal braided line from the T to the unit? any opinions?

mines on the t and it works fine.... *shrug* who knows? maybe im in for an experience, lol!

You can actually put it on a T and be fine, many have done it and have had success.

However...The sending unit is not exactly light, it acts as quite a lever and puts a lot of pressure on that fitting. All it takes is one really good bump form a pothole to send that thing on its way. Do it right, wire the sending unti to the firewall, and run a line from there to the T.
