automatic b16a1 able to do 8200rpm like the mT?????
my jdm b16a1 i replaced my siezed one wit was an automatic tranny model.
i have a pr3 mt ecu. that goes to 8200rpm. is it bad to rev it that high? i do it anyway but is it not supposed to go that high???? as ive seen some at models are like 1000rpm less than the mt models. but :/ im confused.
hope its not doin anything bad. i dont get valve float or anything. and the power band goes all the way up to 8200rpm. i think i could pull power outta it even longer.

I don't know about the automatics too much, but I know that the cams in them were less agressive.
