Default auto ------->5speed

i have an automatic d16z in my garage with low miles and a high mile d16z manual in my car. Waht do i need to do to make my 5speed bolt up to the transmission?

Do i need to remove the torque convertor and put in a regula fly wheel? if so what civc's can i pull a flywheen from? any help woudld be nice, i did a search and nothign about a new flywheel was ever talked about.

Any D series will have a flywheel that will work for you.

Max weight to remove?

Don't make it any lighter than 12.5 lbs and balance it to 9000 RPMs.

Or spend the 250 on a already light flywheel.

You will also need the clutch, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and piping.
