I installed my ATI on my block to test fit it w/ everything (no pistons/rods)... and when I did I found out that for some reason the crank is binding up now. I need to get the ati off to see what's up, and after I took the power steering groove off, I took the Torx bolts out of the pulley hoping that the outside would pop off and expose the hub so I could use a puller on it, the damn thing wont come apart. I'm confused, can anyone help?
