Default Assistance Needed: Electrical issue

Hello all, my name is Manny and I'm new here. I'm a noob in terms of Hondas and am in need of help.
So last night I get home from work and notice the my interior lights did not turn on after I opened the door. At the same time I noticed the clock was off as well. No biggie I thought to myself, I tried to lock the doors but it wouldn't lock with the remote nor the controls on the door. So I open the ignition switch and the control on door starts to work (locking and unlocking the doors) and the interior lights turn on while door is open but the clock is still off. I turn off the car and we're back to dead lights and no power to door controls.

Then I saw another issue arise. When I opened the switch again I noticed the instrument Cluster acting up as if the battery were dead. The needles started to jump up and down. The car starts with no issues at all but every time I turn it off the issue starts again. Any time I open switch Needles jump.

So I'm asking for help to identify the culprit. I think it's the ignition switch but that won't explain dead clock at all times. Also before I forget, radio memory stays saved and radio has no issues working.

thanks in advance for the help.

check all fuses inside and out. clean and tighten any and all ground wires throughout the car. these should always be the first steps you take with any electrical problem in a honda, as it will solve the issues 90% of the time

So I checked all fuses and relays. All are good. I also checked the and tightened the terminals and still not fixing the problem. Could the battery fuse (100amp) or the ignition switch cause this issue?

the battery negative is just a battery terminal.
check all grounds throughout the car, there's about 20.

Not sure where these grounds are located. I recorded a video of what's happening to see if you visually see what's happening it can help in determining the issue. The clock turns on faintly, when it does so do the locks and dome light. Once clock fades to the oblivion all else fails to work also. I'll post video on YouTube and post link here.

yes, your issue is almost definitely bad grounds.
I don't know exactly where all of them are in your chassis, but there will be 3-5 under the hood, 3-5 under and behind the dash/cluster/radio, and several under back seats and in trunk.
block wires with an eyelet bolted to the chassis are grounds.

As you see when the ignition switch is in closed position electrics in car stop working. That's why I assume it's the ignition switch.

So I found the problem. It was the 7.5 amp fuse on the passenger side fuse box. I changed it and it blew again. Then I put a 10 amp and it blew that as well. What could be causing the problem?
