Assembly lube for engine rebuild
What is a good brand to use and where can I get some for the installation of cams and lower block rebuilding. Thanks.

any really there are more pricey one but thats about it. just dont get any dollars store ****.

I used the kind that AutoZone sold. Worked ok for my motor. Not sure of the brand, but it was a red colored tube.

Permatex "Super Slick" assembly lube is the best. Red stuff, you can get it at most auto parts stores.
