Default Are ARP Head Studs needed for High Compression LS/VTEC ???

I have an LS/VTEC setup using a B18B block with an ITR Head and ITR valvetrain and ITR cams. The Compression Ratio is about 11.8:1

I also use a custom programmed P28 ECU with a Rev Limit set at 9000.

Would you guys recommend that I upgrade to ARP Head Studs or are the stock Head bolts adequate ??

I notice that there is little bit of oil running down the block. Could this be because of the Head Bolts and torquing ??

Can the ARP Head Studs help to eliminate this ???

Thanks for any feedback.
