How are ya all.just wondering if anyone could tell me is it alright to run the car with the vafc,only having done the initial set up.wanted to know cause i aint going to get it tuned until i have my cai and full exhaust system fitted.

Yes, as long as the unit has been initialized and all settings are zeroed, you will be fine.
