Default APEXi Rev/Speed Meter

Does anyone have any experience with the APEXi Rev/Speed meter. Are they easy to install on a civic?

you could not be farther than the truth!! I use mine as a speedo, as I have no interior. To make my car legal I need speedo, and a temp gauge... so this works perfect for me. It also doubles as a poorman's gtech

I see it as pretty useless also. I thought it looked kinda neat though. Something to play around with. To bad its pretty expensive.

Not in Idaho I guess... I got pulled over the other day and the cop was asking me ? about my car. Told me that I only need a speedo, temp gauge, and preferrably a tach... I was happy to hear that. I've got my winter dash in now, so I can have heat.. but here's some pics of the RS meter...

that is the downfall with this one... If I had that I could get rid of that damnd tach and use my Hondata light.... Other than that it's been a useful tool.
