Apexi repair?

has anyone had a vafc or safc sent away for repair? I guess the office in Ca won't handle it.... any thoughts? I've lost power to the unit. I get 12v to the harness and thats it.

damn that sucks. cause its not like there is a apexi fix it shop down the road. good luck
