i have apexi n1 coilovers, but i'm not sure if they're adjustable or not!? if so, how?

could someone please help me with this question?

they're to fit my ek civic

cause i'm in the UK, info on these parts is really hard to get!

also, the part number is different to the ones on the website, so i'm guessin' they're older units! :S
