Default Apexi Dunk

I have a 92" S prelude and i have pacesetter cat back exhaust. It is annoying, high pitched, and seems to break up over 4,000 RPM. I was wondering how Apex Dunk muffler would do if i welded it up to the pacesetter piping. And does anyone have any pictures of a Dunk exhaust on there car.

Is the PaceSetter Mandrel Bent? I know its a cheap exhaust system, but thats all I know.

I have the Apexi Dunk on my 93 Civic Si and it's deep at all times, no buzziness or raspiness ever, no matter what RPM. Here's some pics.

To me the dunk is not loud at all in the car. I travel alot on the highway, and the dunk is pretty quiet while cruising. Since I had my share of loud exhausts, I definately can compare it to the N1 at cruising speeds, and the N1 is way louder. Dunk sounds beautiful at WOT, thats when it really shines and screams, I can say its not quiet then.

Your car looks exactly like mine, except I have a Wings West rear lip. I too have the Apexi Dunk on my car. I enjoy the sound when I am racing, but I commute to work everyday and drive from Portland to Seattle quite often and it gets kinda annoying in the cabin. There is always a buzz in my car when cruising. Maybe that is just my car? I will say that the Apexi Dunk sounds awesome at low and high RPM. Especially when VTEC kicks in. It screams at that point. I am actually putting on Apexi WS soon in order to get something a little quiter and with a smaller tip. I would still recommend the Apexi Dunk system to anyone though.

My muffler doesn't hang low, just looks like it cause my car is slammed and im in the grass and the grass is pretty tall. And no I have never scraped my exhaust ever.

I've got an Apex'i Dunk on an Integra. Would strongly reccomend it- sounds great inside the car, and outside it is not "raspy" or "high pitched.."

A very good exhaust.

i had that exhaust on my integra.. it was the best sounding exhaust i used.. had a trust before that, and now a magnaflow..
that exhaust sounded very clean..
the only thing i hated was the size of the tip.. man, it looked cool, but after awhile, i was embarrassed of that tip... its HUGE!...
