I have search and have found nothing. I am looking for an Apexi Catback Exhaust for a 98 civic lx... So far I found only Apexi Catback Exhaust for Ex/SI. Does that model fit an lx? Also any recommendation for a full catback exhaust for under $450 shipped.

 

Doubt youll find a real good exhaust for under $450 shipped. But to answer your question, no the system for the EX/Si will not work on your LX. This is because the EX/Si's have the catalytic converter in the middle under the car. You on the other hand, have shorty type headers with your cat right under the hood. The pipes would not fit nor would they be long enough for your car. Good luck on your search though!
