Apex N1 Shocks

Howdy folks,
The struts on my N1s have gone and I need to get them rebuilt. I, unfortunatly, cannot decipher any of APEX's page. Does anyone happen to know the proper steps to take to get my shocks redone.

iirc, apexi usa will rebuild them for you.....

Remove the shocks and ship them for a rebuild.

Thanks. I've gone over their site twice now and I can't believe they don't have any contact info. Not very customer friendly now are they.
