Yeah... like pay half of the APC price for one on eBay! Most aluminum shifters are about the same. I don't see why this is such a controversy. It's practially all made in China anyway.

APC= Builds very poor products and stamps ''APC'' and what people dont realize theyre buying is just plain '****'. For another good example: There Carbon Fiber hoods. IMHO:i would never buy anything apc

Okay guys, Ive said this at least three times here on honda tech and told all my friends. THERE ALMOST ALL THE SAME, I compared my friends DC to my, lol, RACTIVE, a brand just as cheap as APC, and found no difference, Ive had it for over a year and still love it, it ran me $50, and i believe it to be well spent money considering my friend pealed 150 for his DC!
but who cares what i say, everone will still tell you otherwise

Id never buy an aluminum shifter. Id only get a steel one. Who cares if it weighs a few grams less. I wouldnt want to break it.

It's not the short shifter that sucks.
IT'S APC THAT SUCKS!!!
I would never buy such a piece of **** part from them. Sorry to here that you have WASTED your money. Well at least you only bought a shifter. It's pretty hard to screw up a short shifter. But I wouldn't put it past APC to find a new way to screw that up. On top of everything else you are just going to screw up your sincros. Be careful, because you could end up needing a new transmition.

APC
it's funny....apc is so associated with rice that it's an overlooked company
sure some of the stuff they make is of cheaper quality...but look how large of a company that really are. that alone should tell you 2 things. Ppl are buying there stuff, and the stuff is good enough to keep ppl buying it.
buisness CANNOT survive if they make ****. **** won't sell.
stop stop being ignorant, and open your eyes.

it aint good man. my friend had a generic short shifter (not APC) and that POS broke on him in half. Now he has a Skunk2 and its better. I have a DC Sports and its great....pay more and get a good quality short shifter!!!
