i cant get any pressure on the low side....the low side is always either at 0 psi or in a vacuum...the high side stays around 150 psi

ive replaced the compressor condenser and expansion valve

please give me some advice...ive vacuumed it down and recharged it several times...so many times in fact that im not sure ive got the right amount of oil in it..

please give me some ideas
