Ok my friend has a 2000 civic ex auto. Hes gonna want to convert to manual. Ok he has about 5g's saved up. He asked me what should he do? Swap it with a b-series (he was lookin into itr or gsr motor) or just dump 5 grand on the sohc ex? I told him to swap but with 5g's into that ex...maybe its a good investment? Hes thinkin on goin all motor but maybe turbo? What do u guys think?

 

personally i would sell the car and buy a manual.. and then probably replace the motor, it all depends on what he wants to do ....(Turbo or all-motor) i he were looking to turbo i would go ahead and replace the motor to something with more displacement...

 

Sell it and buy a GSR. Turbo it.
