its your multi function switch, they are notoriuosly bad for the grease and dirt to get hard and prevent contact when it gets cold....you can either replace it, or if you are mechanically inclined, you can take it out, take it apart and clean it....and dont forget to put more dieelectric grease on it

well it seems my fuse for those things is not receiving any power i found that out with a test light , is there any other things that i could trouble shoot to be for sure
it is not simple taking that thing out so i am curious because it comes on periodically

srmofo is probably correct, the fuse will not have power until the combination light switch supplies it.

If it is only the park light circuit, [first "click" on light switch] and the head lights work, the main fuse is good and the problem will be the switch.

Try this, [when it will not work] switch the park lights on and off rapidly a bunch of times, if the lights start to work, replace, [or clean] the switch. 94

the switch is suprisingly easy to take out and clean ....on a side note I have also had this problem with my dimmer control, my inside lights would not work
