I have a 93 dx hatch with a 2000 gsr swap, 18g greddy kit, 540 injectors, etc. When i start the car and let it sit still and warm up to operating temp, i can drive the car and everything will be normal. However, if i start it and the drive immediately after it will bounce from about 1200-2000, even when it gets up to operating temp. After i turn the car off and let it sit for a little while (30 min. or so) it will idle perfectly. Any ideas?

my car doesnt surge until its warmed up, it does it the whole time and eventually goes away after the car has been turned off for a little while
