Default Alternator not charging!

Hello yall, I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX (OBD2B), I have a b20b bottom end with a b16a head, just a basic b20v

Skipping right to the point, im having a few issues, my alternator wont charge, nor will my battery light turn on, i have 2 brand new alternators and 2 brand new batteries.

Im on a p28 ecu snake v2 emu and a ebay tuck kit and a rywire subharness.

I've tried to test continuity between all wires, they all passed, only problem is that my white/blue wire from the alternator plug is only getting around 9v and my black/yellow ignition wire is getting the full 12v, I force feed my white/blue cluster plug 12vs and the battery light turned on! But then as soon as I key on engine off, the light disappears! Any clue or help or advice to see whats going on?
