Alternator Install
The alternator itself is easy to install. The PITA is whatever else you have to take off to get at the alternator. '89 Saab you have to remove the AC compressor. Some Hondas you have to remove an axle & take it out underneath. Some cars the alternator is right there & you just unbolt it...
Can't you just take a look under the hood of that car?...

Yep,
I am 90% finished this job.
Had to remove the driveshaft to get it off. Probably have 6 hours in the job, but I'm a mechanical retard, and didn't know how this stuff worked. Next time would probably be around an hour.
My rebuilt alternator had a different adjuster bolt hole that the alternator that I took out, I'm going to try to pick up a new bolt at honda today and see if that fixes the problem... I'd recommend that you check your old hardware against the new alternator before you put it in there.
