Default Is this alot?

I plan on doing some head work to my GSr next month and Im wondering if $3600 is `the right price for toda cams, cam gears, toda timing belt, toda valve springs and rettainers, port and polish and 3 angle valve job, labor and tuning?

That is a lot IMO.
Ask them for the parts prices post them here. A lot of it might be labor though.

toda cams, -Spec A - $920/pair, Spec B - $980/pair, Spec C - $1100/pair
cam gears, - Gears $285/pair
toda timing belt, -
toda valve springs -Valve Springs - $360/set
rettainers, - $xxxx
port and polish and 3 angle valve job, - Portflow is around $900+ !
labor and tuning - Who knows, could be $200+ even $600+

also found this----> Spec B Package - $1500 (Portflow Springs)/$1750(Toda Springs)
