I have a B20VTEC motor pretty much assembled already.. i have just about EVERYTHING (cams pistons etc...)for it.. hahahaa.. i wanted to get rods BUT i held off for a few easons...
1. most stock rods are lighter than the forged versions....
2. i wanted to get a custom length to adjust and better the r/s ratio...
SOOOO i need to find a place to get some NICE LIGHT all-motor rods and stuff from... **** well anything lighter would be nice.. lighter pins would be REALLY nice.. my fuggin wrist pins are heavier than my damn pistons.. theyre the new JE B20 w/B16A head... 10.5:1 Cr... MILLED HEAD 30...to bring the CR up a bit... so guys..let me know...thanks

and if your going N/A should've brought your compression
up more to like 11.5 or 12.0

 

you might want to get longer rods it will increse your r/s endyn will make custom rods,but you have to take into considertion that you will also have higer comprresion on your pistons when you do this, so remeber to tell larry at endyn what you are doing. I say get it done at endyn busta.

 

What is the difference between the LS crank and the B16 Crank? Any? Or does the B16 just have shorter rods?

 

b16a 77mm stroke ls 89mm stroke and the b16a has oil squirters.and yes the b16a has 133mm rods and the ls has 137mm rods.
