Default alignment specs

What would be the cause of caster being off in the front (it is at .15 degrees on one side and -.54 on the other)? Also, would a badly deteriorated trailing arm bushing cause a wheel to have both posotive camber and be off spec for toe (actual camber is .16 degrees and toe is at -.36") or would there be more to this equation? I plan on getting new springs/shocks soon and I also want to get urethane bushings and get my alignment to spec. Any help is GREATLY appreciated, thanks in advance.
