Default Air ride suspension

OK i have heard that when you get a air ride suspensions(air bags, bagged out and etc you get the point) u can not drive fast i just wanted to know if this is true b/c i have seen so many cars with it air bags and then under the hood like a h22 or a b16 wit a turbo or a bottle of NOS in the trunk so i am wondering is all that just for show or u can indeed have a air ride suspension and a kick a$$ motor under the hood to drive fast wit. The reason being i like the way that it looks, i know its adds alot of weight to the car but ill make up for it wit a bottle or somthing like that or maybe even a TURBO. Well thats all for today thanx.

The handling is ruined with airbags, primarily because all of the kits marketed are complete pieces of ****. I wouldn't want you driving 100mph with such a poor suspension setup, so no, you can't drive fast with them (safely).
