Default air fuel ratio

besides the ECU what other ways can you tune your A/F ratio?
i've seen FPR and such, but dont have enough knowledge about the whole fuel system to know how to tune it.

i have some LS race cams i want to use.. 11.4mm lift (intake)
i have some b16a pistons to up my Compression ratio.
the head is ported/polished, with crower dual valve springs and titanium retainers, 3 angle valve job. shaved .030" ... also have AEM cam gears.
and performance ECU chip.

right now i'm running stock cams (93 integra RS) with all the other stuff cuz i run really rich with those Race cams.

i have an extra TB and IM that i'm getting bored and matched to 62mm.

i'm wanting to use the race cams, but until i can get it running right, i'm still using stock cams.
i realize they're gonna run lopey cuz they're kinda extreme, but running super rich.. well thats something that i dont want.

any comments/help?
thanks

You will need to retune your ECU if you're running race cams. For temporary solution, you can use a S-AFC to lean out at 1000 rpm so that the car can idle.

Bored out the TB to 64mm and match it with a S2 or ITR IM.
