I bought a grant formula 4 steering wheel and a quick release steering wheel adapter.

The holes on the steering wheel don't match up to the quick release adapter. What did I do wrong? Are there different kinds of steering wheel adapters with the holes for the screws farther apart? And what should I do with what I have now. I don't want the hassle of sending the adapter back to China (where it came from)
Any help is much appreciated.

 

You may need a generic made in china steering wheel to match the generic made in china quick release.

 

Ok. So with that logic can I buy a good quality nrg one and have it work?

 

Nope, NRGs are 6 bolt Momo pattern. That Grant is some 5 bolt thing I've never seen before.

 

Keep searching ebay for the 5 hole to 6 hole adapter. Or they might call it Grant to Momo.
