Default After changing the ex. header...

and complet exhaust the engine starts to run very RICH.
With a full tank I make barely ~350km/213miles!Before change the complet exhaust I was able to make ~450km!

What can be wrong?Lambda,itd?

It goes for a CIVIC with a B16 engine!

depends on what exhaust system you have, if you are talking about the EX exhaust system in the 98-2000 models, the secondary O2 sensor is in the cat that is on the piping. some aftermarket system will cause it to run rich cause difference in flow/backpressure.
