Not sure what is best because i actually havent dyno tested both. But there is a reason behind that. Dynos tend to lie alot about CAI results. Alot of short rams actually dyno more power than CAI even though in real world situations they dont make more power because your car isn't rushing air in at 80mph on a dyno giving it the true "cold air effect"
