Default AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator????

What is the best setting foe a B16A2 N/A?

And how i can change it?
For more pressure screw it to the right side?
For less prssure screw it to the left?

Please correct me if it isnt right.

If the motors stock just set it too the factory setting. If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge then you better get one of those just as JDM_Ej said. Once you do that set the base pressure to 38psi. Screwing it clockwise will increase the pressure, counter-clock will decrease it. I hope you didn't install it expecting any power gains either because it will do nothing for a stock motor...
