Default AEM fuel filter anyone? how do know when to up-grade

I've always though about this because i have a 90civic si that has 165k on it. Is there any benifits to getting a AEM one?
How long to OEM fuel filter last?

IMO, the more efficiently you fuel supply system is, the better.
Pump won't work as hard, therefore, cooler.
Just question whether or not the AEM is actually more effiecient...
Does that help?

My manual says to replace every 30,000 miles. I going to replace it with a OEM at the end of the month. If me cars did 13 secounds in the Quarter mile I would get the AEM.
