Default Advice on passing inspection

Am I going to be able to pass inspection witht the following set up??

'97 Re-built GSR w/
Golden Eagle Sleaves bored to 84mm
Wiseco 11:8.1 Pistons
Skunk2 Stage 2 Cams
Portflow Vavletrain
Portflow Port & Polish with ITR Intake Valves
JDM DC 4-1 Header
Hondata Stage 2
440cc injectors

If not, any suggestions advice??

Lean it out, and make sure you have them run the car at about 3000 rpm for a min before they do the test. Had to do that on mine to make sure the cat was warmed up enough for it to work properly.....


I *think* leaning it out is better
