I have a 96 LS w/ about 81,000 mi. In the future i plan on going turbo but first i want to do a rebuild so the engine will be new and strong. What exactly are the most necessary things i need to rebuild to make sure the setup is good enough for a Drag kit. Your help is greatly appreciated.

 

Change pistons and bearings at least. ACL bearings are real good. IMO way better than Honda OEM.
