Default Adjusting door hinge?

I replaced the passenger's side door on my '90 Prelude and I need to move it forward to get it to close properly... So, I need to adjust the bolts that hold the hinge to the car. I can *maybe* get to both of the top hinge's bolts, but it's not easy and it looks like the bottom hinge's bolts are even harder to get to. Is there any easy way to do this? How are you supposed to go about this? Any tips? Thanks.

Take the quarter panel off.

I had to replace my upper hinge on my 1990 Prelude this year and I spent a couple of hours taking the door off, when it came time to putting it back on, I realised there was no way for me to adjust the alignment without having the quarter panel off.
