I did a search and found how to adjust a clutch pedal on a hydroaulic setup... but what would cause you to need to do this?

I just put in a new clutch in my '93 si with a b18c... went from stock pressure plate to an act xtreme. Now, the first 1/4 of pedal movement is all play. Should I try to adjust it out, or is this a symptom of another problem?

it might just be flex in the rubber line. but i would blead it again then try to adjust out some of the slack. You do the adjusting to get the looseness out of the pedal.

I've bled it 2 times... I'm thinking its something to do with the new pressure plate.... does anyone know?

 

if it still shifts into gear, with no problems i wouldn't worry about it. mine has a little play too.
